Frame Sizing |
If you have a bike you are comfortable with, we suggest taking measurements off the bike. Remember that you are buying this bike to tour and travel in. For an all day tourer, a shorter reach might be more appropriate. You may want your bar to be closer and maybe level (or even higher) than your seat level. You do not want to spend your day touring crouched down and looking at pavement. It is not only hard on your back and shoulders, but you will also miss the scenery you came to see on your tour. The measurements we will need is labeled A and B from the drawing below. This will allow us to build a frame to match your position on your bike. Let us know whether you prefer road or MTB bars. |
